Ethan is an Economics & Management major with a minor in Mathematics. He recently served as President of Albion College’s Investment Club working with E&M Department Chair and Professor Dr. Jon Hooks to help manage the club’s portfolio of securities valued at over $20,000. He is currently President of Delta Sigma Phi social fraternity as well as an E&M Tutor and Student Supervisor as an employee of Albion College Library. The summer of 2015 he interned at Fifth Third Bank in their Mortgage Banking Division in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
In the hopes of working in public accounting, Paul participated in a summer leadership program the summer of 2014, and was offered an internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
“My favorite thing about Albion is the close relationships you can build with your professors. Working side by side with PhDs in their field has been an incredible learning experience for me and something my friends that go to larger public universities could never dream of. The professors here want to see you do well and if you are willing to put forth the effort they will help you grow as a student and person.”
Ethan is unsure of what career path he’d like to pursue upon graduation. He is interested in many aspects of financial careers ranging from banking analytics to public finance and administration for state or local government entities. He plans to pursue an MBA a few years after starting his career.
