Sarah chose Albion because she felt it had great programs in everything she was interested in—horses and academics. The small class sizes and the individual attention from professors helped make Albion a perfect fit.
A double major in economics and management and mathematics, Sarah is also a tutor for the Quantitative Studies Center and the E&M department. In addition, she is the research assistant for E&M department chair and professor Jon Hooks and has enjoyed taking several of his finance classes.
Sarah keeps a full schedule beyond her studies. She joined the Albion Fed Challenge team in 2012 and is very active at the Nancy G. Held Equestrian Center, where she is a member of the hunt seat team as well as the events chair for the Equestrian Club. Sarah also serves as president of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the economics honor society, and completed an internship with Pfizer in Kalamazoo.
