MLK Convocation and Community Celebration
1/24/2011 Two of Albion's long-time civil rights activists, Dr. Wes Dick and Mr. Robert Wall, discussed their work "In the Footsteps of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr." for Albion's MLK Convocation and Community Celebration. They have extensive academic and personal knowledge of American history relating to the civil rights movement and have worked together for many years on the history of race relations in the greater Albion community. Albion College's Office of the President, the Ford Institute, the Office of Intercultural Affairs, and the Albion Branch of the
NAACP co-sponsored this event.
