Holocaust Studies Service-Learning Trip: Poland 2006 - Click to learn more

 San Diego Neuroscience Trip - Fall 2006

In October of 2006 12 students and 2 professors (Wilson & Jechura) attended the Society for Neuroscience meeting in Atlanta.  Both Wilson & Jechura presented posters.

While at the meeting, we met with Rodolfo Llinas (NYU) and had an opportunity to discuss his ideas about consciousness.  We also had lunch with Ramachandran (UCSD) and Joseph Dial (who is the director of the Mind Science Foundation); we discussed synesthesia and other matters relating to consciousness.

And of course, students and professors alike learned a lot and enjoyed each others' company.
