River's Edge Trail - 1.3 miles, 30-40 minutes, blue brochure.
Along the shore of the Kalamazoo River, this trail offers views of the river and floodplain habitats.

Prairie Trail - 1. 1 miles, 30 minutes, yellow brochure.
The Prairie Trail passes through the Adele D. Whitehouse Wildflower Garden, prairie, and oak-hickory forest.

Beese Ecology Trail - 2.4 miles, 80 minutes; short loop, 60 minutes, green brochure.
Good views of fence-row and open-field habitat. Brochure emphasizes ecological principles.

McIntyre Marsh Trail - .5 miles/20 minutes, gold brochure.
Boardwalk path over the marsh along the Kalamazoo River.

Stowell Arboretum Trail - 1 mile, 25 minutes, red brochure.
Educational opportunity for woody plant identification emphasizing Michigan trees and shrubs.

History Trail - Markers 1-4/30 minutes, markers 5-9/80 minutes, purple brochure.
Sites are identified to tell a story about the Nature Center land - bog fires, old mill, barn foundation, Interurban Railroad, quarry, gravel pit.
