The E. R. Sleight Award in Mathematics

The E. R. Sleight Award in Mathematics in awarded at honors convocation. This prize was established in 1958 by former students, in honor of Professor Emeritus E. R. Sleight, who served as the chair of the department until 1948. The award is given to a student who demonstrates an excellence in mathematics and service to the department. This award may be given to more than one student.
