SILENT AUCTION RULES

• Items in the Silent Auction will be available for examination and bidding on Wednesday, March 25th, 2009 from Noon through 7:00 pm. The auction will be held in Room 210 of the Mudd Library.

BIDDING NUMBERS

• All bidders must obtain an auction bid number to bid on items. Forms will be available at Noon on the day of the auction directly outside of Room 210. Bidding must be done in person and on site.

ITEM BID SHEETS

• Each title will have an Auction Bid sheet.
• List your auction bid number with your bid on the Bid Sheet.
• Minimum bid of $2.00 per title.

BUYER'S BID SHEETS

• List the number of the item(s) you have bid on, and your bid for each item.
• Turn in your Buyer's Bid Sheet before the auction closes at 7:00 pm.

AUCTION CLOSING

• Bidding will cease on Wednesday, March 25th, 2009 at 7:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

WINNERS

• Winners must pick up their items on Wednesday night, March 25th, or they will go to the next highest bidder. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
