SILENT AUCTION RULES

• Items in the Silent Auction will be available for examination and bidding on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 from 10:00 am through 7:00 pm. The auction will be held in the Wendell B. Will Room of the Stockwell Library.

BIDDING NUMBERS

• All bidders must obtain an auction bid number to bid on items. Forms will be available the day of the auction in the Wendell B. Will Room. Bidding must be done in person and on site.

ITEM BID SHEETS

• Each title will have an Auction Bid sheet.
• List your auction bid number with your bid on the Bid Sheet.
• Minimum bid of $2.00 per title.

BUYER'S BID SHEETS

• List the number of the item(s) you have bid on, and your bid for each item.
• Turn in your Buyer's Bid Sheet before the auction closes at 7:00 pm.

AUCTION CLOSING

• Bidding will cease on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at 7:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

WINNERS

• Winners must pick up their items on Wednesday night, March 16, or they will go to the next highest bidder. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
