LEXIS-NEXIS Academic Universe
LEXIS-NEXIS Academic Universe is a system of databases providing indexing and full text for
a large number of newspapers and magazines.
Index to Legal Periodicals and Books
Provides international coverage of legal issues. Includes legal journals, yearbooks, institutes, bar association organs, law reviews, and
government publications.
Social Sciences Abstracts
Includes references to periodical articles
from over 550 periodicals. Coverage begins in 1983.
Columbia International Affairs
Online (CIAO)
Covers research in international affairs. It provides access to a variety of sources, including
journal articles, books, working papers from university research institutes, occasional papers series from NGOs,
and proceedings from conferences.
Expanded Academic Index Full-Text
EAI indexes approximately 3,400 journals and magazines and the New York Times. Full text online is provided for
approximately 2,000 of the journals/magazines.
Article1st
Article1st indexes approximately 12,500 journals and magazines, across all subject areas. This
database indicates which journal and magazine articles are available
in the Albion College Library.
