Mudd Library - Level 3

From the main floor of Mudd, enter the doorway on the right to go up to Mudd Level 3.  Mudd Level 3 houses materials with the call numbers A - G.  Subject matter includes philosophy, religion, history and geography.
Emergency Exit.  When you enter the stairway, you will notice this door.   It is an emergency exit, and a obnoxiously loud alarm will sound if you open it.  Head on up the stairs!
Online Catalog.  At the top of the stairs, to your left, is the online catalog terminal.  Each floor of the Mudd building has a thin client, allowing patrons to conveniently search for the materials they need.

Writing Skills Center Scott Hendrix heads the Writing Skills Center, assisting Albion students with writing and other academic endeavors.  The offices are located by the main stairs on the south wall.  As you reach the top of the stairs, go to the left. The doors to the center face the west wall.  Check the office door for hours or view this site.

Quantitative Skills and Learning Support Centers.   If you turn to the right at the top of the main stairs, you will see the office of the Director of Academic Skills Center, the Learning Support office and the Quantitative Skills Center (headed by Karla McCavit).

The Learning Support Center offers help for students who struggle with dyslexia and other learning problems.   The Quantitative Skills Center assists students with projects related to mathematics.   Check the office door for hours or view this site.

Madelon Stockwell Turner Memorial Room.  Inside the Archives is the Stockwell Room, a memorial to the Albion alumnus who bequeathed a majority of her estate to the college.  This room contains her carved rosewood furniture, piano and paintings.  Visit this web site for more information.
