Need Research Help? Ask-A-Librarian! Need help finding information? There are now three ways to get help online: send us a text  in IM Reference using Meebo, chat with a librarian using AIM (AOL Instant Messaging) or fill out our online web form. This service is intended primarily for Albion College students, faculty, and staff, but we will attempt to respond to questions  from others as time permits. If you have a question regarding Special Collections, please request assistance at the Archivist's Online Reference Request page. Option A: During the scheduled times listed below, an IM Reference window will appear on this page.
	You do not need to be logged into an Instant Message service to use the Meebo service. If the IM Reference window does not appear or is offline, please use the email form below and a librarian will respond to you as soon as possible. Librarians can typically provide IM Reference assistance at these times during the academic school year: Monday - Thursday: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Friday: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Sunday: 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
