We invite you to join us as we work to support Albion College's present Library and to build the Library of the Future, where we will provide the essential resources for the discovery, transmission, and creation of knowledge on the Albion College campus!
 
The concept of the 21st Century Library is that of an "Idea Store" or an "Emporium of Learning," blending together resources and providing a foundation for academic, media and sociocultural use. Such use incorporates not only paper and electronic resources, but Internet and multi-media stations, cafés, comfy armchairs, and flexible spaces for study, classes, reading and discussion. There will still be walls in the Library of the Future, but the walls will exist without boundaries, allowing students, faculty and scholars access to information from their desktop, laptop or PDA from anywhere in the world.
