SILENT AUCTION RULES

Items in auction will be available for examination Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at 6:00PM through March 21, 2002 at 3:00pm in the Wendell B. Will Room of Stockwell Library, after this the items will be available on a request only basis.

Minimum bid of $2.00.

All bids must be entered on the form provided and must include a full name, address and telephone number.

Bids will be accepted through Friday, March 22, 2002 at 5:00PM. Due to the size of the sale, it will take a few business days to notify winners of their successful bid.

Winners must pick up items within one week or they will go to the next highest bidder. Shipping is possible, but bidder must reimburse the library for the cost.
