Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. I’m Gretchen.

I come from the land of Chicago and the one thing that I cannot stand is when people pronounce the "s" in Illinois. It’s silent. Don't do it. I will slap you.

The basics: I'm an only child, love food and sleeping, and still have the mentality of a 4 year old at times (i.e.: still being obsessed with Disney's Sleeping Beauty). I am a god at Guitar Hero (on medium at least), enjoy the cartoon Metalocalypse, and am obsessed with the Food Network and GSN. When I grow up, I want three dogs named Duchess, Kinky, and Doom, to own 3.25 restaurants of the Waffle House franchise, and to totally pwn your n00b butt in WoW. I play clarinet in symphonic band and somehow mistook a flag for my clarinet one day and ended up on the color guard in marching band.

Some other interesting facts:
- Several songs have been written about me, including “Dust in the wind,” “Enter Sandman” and the entire Fight Club Soundtrack.
- I once fought forty men armed with crossbows and hatchets with nothing more than a broken whiskey bottle and some profanity
