Prior to installing any software as part of the Microsoft Campus Agreement 3.4 a valid student agreement form must be on file with Information Technology. Please read and complete the form below. All fields are required.

This acceptance form is valid for the Microsoft products listed below, which shall be referred to collectively herein as the “Software”. Software is made available to you because Albion College has purchased license coverage for the Software through Microsoft Campus Agreement 3.4 Subscription Student Option effective August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009. Albion College is extending to you the right to use the Software on a personally-owned computer or an institution-owned computer designated for your exclusive use. You do not own the license or the CDs, rather you are leasing the license and CDs from Albion College for the term of the agreement. You will be required to remove the software from your personal machine immediately upon the earlier of (a) any event, with the exception of graduation, which causes you no longer to be a student of the institution or (b) expiration Campus Agreement 3.4 Subscription term.

If you graduate during the agreement term, the Software license will convert to a perpetual license (meaning you own the Software) as verified in your Student License Confirmation, which may be obtained from Albion College at that time. The Student License Confirmation is proof of Software ownership.

You are granted right to use the following Software products per the term of the Campus Agreement 3.4 Subscription Student Option:

Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise
Mac Office 2008

Please initial each statement:

	I will read and abide by the license agreement associated with this Software.
	I understand that no technical support is provided by Albion College
	I understand the minimum specifications to run the Software as listed.
	I understand that I will be required to remove the software from my personal machine immediately upon the earlier of (a) any event, with the exception of graduation, which causes me to no longer to be a student of the institution or (b) expiration Campus Agreement Subscription term.
	I understand that if Albion College does not renew the Student Option Agreement, then I must delete or remove the Software licensed under this agreement from my computer at the time the agreement expires or is terminated.
Special Note Regarding Graduation: (all students must initial)
	I understand that if I graduate from Albion College during the agreement term, the Software license will convert to a perpetual license (meaning I have full ownership of the software).
	I understand that it is *my responsibility* to contact the institution to obtain the Student License Confirmation, which is proof of Software ownership, one month prior to graduation from the institution.

Entering your student number below serves as your "electronic signature". By entering your student number you are agreeing to accept all terms as specified in this agreement.
