To submit an IRB proposal for approval you will need to fill out the Albion College Institutional Review Board Cover Sheet and Form C (see link below).

Please copy the forms, fill them out and hand deliver two hard copies of the completed forms to the Psychology Office (Olin 308) during business hours. Make sure you give them to Schara Swan or one of her staff members; do not slide the forms under the office door.

• April 19
