Board of Trustee Dinner 10/22/09
On October 22, the Albion international students joined the Board of
Trustees for dinner in Upper Baldwin. The time was a great opportunity
for the board to learn more about the international student's
experiences, and for the international students to hear about board
members' personal experiences from Albion.
International student Crystal Gu entertains the company
by playing the Chinese zither.

Nepali Dinner at Baldwin 11/11/09
Congratulations to Sunil K.
Yadav 2012 and the staff of Baldwin for arranging and executing Albion
College’s first Cultural Food night in Baldwin Hall on November 11.
During the dinner, people listened to Nepali music and talked with Sunil
as they were lined up out the door to get a taste of real Nepali food.
Faculty and staff were also invited to join the students
in Baldwin for the special event.
The menu consisted of : Rice , a Nepali staple eaten
twice a day. Curry, chicken and vegetarian was available. Lentil soup,
Pickle: potato and cucumber with pickling spices, and Cashew rice
pudding.

offered.
