Mrs. Hoaglin was born and
raised in Albion. She joined the ICA staff in the summer of 2006.
She earned her teaching certificate from Hope College and a master's
degree in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University.
Mrs. Hoaglin taught third grade at Harrington Elementary in Albion
for five years prior to having two children. She resides in Albion
with her husband, Donald, and their children, Jack and Isabel.
