Below are some templates I've made on Excel for IM supervisors, or anyone else who might need them.

All the cells are labeled generically (i.e. Team 1 and Player 1) so all you have to do is enter your data over the original.

results8.xls

Includes: Schedule, Standings, 8-Team Bracket

This is a schedule that includes date, time, teams, and scores. It's a simple schedule and will work with any sport. It assumes two games days per week.

The second sheet is for team standings. It's fitted with a wins, loses, ties, and forfeits column for data entry. The last column is for Winning Percentage, so that the teams can be sorted easily using this figure that will compute itself.

The third sheet is the playoff bracket. It's fitted for 8 teams, and will automatically place the team names in the appropriate seeds.

results16.xls

Includes: Schedule, Two-Conference Standings and Bracket

This is a schedule is identical to the one above, and includes date, time, teams, and scores. It's a simple schedule and will work with any sport. It assumes two games days per week.

The second sheet is for team standings. It is the same as the one from above, but has 16-20 teams divided between two conferences which can come in handy for A/B leagues.

The third sheet is the playoff bracket. It's fitted for 16 teams, and will automatically place the team names in the appropriate seeds. There are two conferences that are set-up for conf. champs, and league champs.

bracket8.xls

bracket16.xls

bracket_doubleelim8.xls

These files are playoff brackets for 8 or 16 teams. The third file is used for an 8 team, double elimination playoff. If you would like another variation of brackets, feel free to ask me and I can make one for whatever your needs are.

stats.xls

This file helps you keep track of player stats from game to game. It includes sheets to record stats per player for every game. This will automatically flow into the next sheet that will display player stats by team. The last sheet will get it's data from the first sheets as well, and is arranged so that when sorted, will display the league leaders.

That's all I have for now, but I'm not sure you'll need any more than that. Please, email me if you have an suggestions or questions.

Thanks,

J.will
