November 17, 18, and 19 – Open Division

*There will be Male and Female Singles and Doubles Tournaments*

*You may not participate in more than two divisions*

1 – Obtain an NTRP (National Tennis Rating Program). A skill rating based on the USTA national rating system. Use this rating to enter the appropriate division. Email sfrew@albion.edu to register.

·        Thursday, November 2                                        12-1:00pm & 5:30-6:30pm

2 – Go to http://www.albion.edu/imsports/tennis_registration.htm to register for the IM tennis tournament.  Fill in and submit the registration form. Contact David Smith (dps10) if you have any questions.

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE, ALL PLAYERS MUST BE RATED AT ONE OF THE ABOVE RATING SESSIONS;

REGISTRATION FOR ALL RATING SESSIONS thru sfrew@albion.edu

Where:        The Ungrodt Tennis Center.

When:         Both weekends, players will need to be available Friday late afternoon & early evening, Saturday (around the Albion/Tri State football game), and potentially Sunday morning.

Format:        First match consolation (FMC) format. Each player is guaranteed 2 matches. 

Deadline:     All entries must be received by Tuesday, November 7^th.

Start times:   For the 3.5 - 4.0 & 2.5 - 3.5 Divisions will be emailed to you on Wednesday, November 8th.

                   For the Open Division will be emailed to you on Wednesday, November 15th.

Registration … it’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3

1 – Get a rating. If you don’t know your rating then e-register for one of the above times and get that done first!

2 – Decide which events you would like to enter. If doubles, get a partner and make sure their rating matches up with your skill level. If singles, just make sure you have a rating that correlates with your division.  You may only enter 2 divisions.

3 – Complete your registration online.
