The Albion College Fund, supported by unrestricted gifts, allows Albion to use the money where the need is greatest -- including (but not limited to): scholarships, campus improvements, faculty support, and academic programs. Your gift to the Albion College Fund helps purchase books for the library, support student research projects and secure critical pieces of equipment for our classrooms.

The Briton Scholarship Fund, an important component of the Albion College Fund, provides annual scholarships to students who need financial support. Gifts earmarked for the Briton Scholarship Fund help to make the Albion experience more affordable for students.

Your gifts to the Albion College Fund directly affect the lives of students and faculty. In the 2012 fiscal year (July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012), our Albion College Fund goal is $1.7 million.

What Is the Albion College Fund?

The Albion College Fund supports five areas of the College:

Put simply, students receive the scholarships you fund. They study and play in facilities built and maintained with your donations. They learn from faculty whose research is supported by your contributions. They participate in programs expanded through your assistance.

Each of these areas strengthen Albion College and adds value to our degrees. The impact of your gift to the Albion College Fund is felt across campus.

Boost Albion's Rankings

Give to the Albion College Fund!

Did you know that your support can help boost Albion's ranking in the U.S. News and World Report? This preeminent college ranking system places a 5% value on a college's undergraduate alumni giving rate. During fiscal year 2011, Albion's alumni giving percentage stood at 26%.

It's not about how much you give. It's the fact that you give a gift to support Albion College at least once a year. With your support, and the support of countless other alumni, we can boost our alumni giving percentage to 27.5% during this fiscal year.

There are many ways to make your tax-deductible contribution to the Albion College Fund, including check and credit card payments and stock donations. A matching gift may even double your contribution to Albion.
