Distinguished Alumni Awards
The Distinguished Alumni Awards recognize the wide array of contributions and achievements of successful candidates throughout the Albion College community. The Distinguished Alumni Awards luncheon will take place on Friday, October 12, 2012, in conjunction with Homecoming.
The award is presented to alumni who have superb records of distinguished career accomplishments and who have made outstanding contributions to their professions (see past winners). Please consider the following areas when submitting your nomination using the form below:
- Career accomplishments
- Professional impact
- Significant publications/research (primary authorship)
- Community service, etc.
NOMINATION TIPS

No more than three typed, single-spaced 8½" x 11" pages for the nominating statement and all supporting documentation. In addition, a limit of three letters of support for your nomination will be accepted in the form of one 8½" x 11" page each.

Substantive information will weigh heavily in committee determination.

Résumés are useful for the committee to consider, especially for published works, but will be counted as a supporting document and be subject to the page limitations listed above.

Nominees must be living at the time the nomination is submitted.

Nominations will be kept on file and eligible for three years, if not chosen the first year.
