SCOPE  

All faculty and staff.

POLICY

Most commonly used office supplies are available for purchase in the campus Bookstore or through the Campus Services department.

PROCEDURE

A Departmental Charge form, available from Purchasing, is to be signed by the department supervisor before a departmental purchase can be made.

A listing of items available through Campus Services will be issued at the start of each academic year.

Consult the Purchasing Office for sources of supplies not available through the Bookstore or Campus Services.
