Homeownership Program We have been informed that due to financial market conditions, effective immediately, maximum Conventional financing will be limited to 80% loan-to-value ratios. Because of this new restriction, the Employer Assisted Down Payment Assistance Program is being temporarily suspended. It is uncertain how long the the suspension will last. We hope to reinstate this program one the suspension is lifted.
