Quick Facts
Albion College's 340-acre Nancy G. Held Equestrian Center, opened in
fall 2004, offers support for all disciplines, with the most popular
being hunt seat, dressage,
show jumping, eventing and western. Under the direction of professional
staff, it it attracts riders and students from across Michigan and the greater
U.S..

- Randi C. Heathman Arena (100' x 400' indoor arena with heated
viewing and judging areas)
- 100' x 200' outdoor all-weather sand arena
- 250' x 300' grass arena
- State-of-the-art stable blocks capable of holding 79 horses (individual 12' x 12' windowed
stalls with Nelson automatic water stations and automatic fly system)
- Wash stalls, farrier bay, and veterinary care area
- Private tack rooms, student locker rooms, and extra storage loft space
- 43 half-acre grass paddocks for individual turnout
- Bridle trails
- Onsite classroom, office, student lounge, and welcome center with
wireless Internet
