2007-2008 Albion College Equestrian Club members at Horses' Haven.

On Saturday October 20, 2007 the Albion College Equestrian Club traveled to Howell, Michigan to volunteer for the non-profit organization known as Horses’ Haven. The equestrian club previously held a bake sale in the Kellogg Center on Albion’s campus, selling baked goods that club members had made. There were many things at Horses’ Haven that required attention including painting fences, picking up hay and other projects. At the end of the afternoon, the club was able to present Horses Haven with a check for $100 to go towards the up-keep of the many neglected and abandoned horses the organization takes     care of.
