Barns
The barns at the Held Equestrian Center rank among the finest
stabling facilities in the Midwest. Special care was taken in their design
and construction, with the welfare of the horse and ease of use the
overriding concerns. The barns boast 12' x 12' stalls for 79 horses. Each stall includes
rubber floor
matting,
a state-of-the-art Nelson automatic watering system, aluminum feed bowl,
and large windows. In addition, the barns have automatic fly systems and separate bays for washing, veterinary care, and shoeing. The barns also offer riders ample locker rooms, showers and restrooms, a washer and dryer,
heated tack rooms, and two
large storage areas.
