Stages
British Horse Society Stage Examinations are vocational exams designed
for and aimed at, persons wishing to either pursue teaching as a career
or who simply wish to explore the extent of their equestrian knowledge.
The Stage 1 examination is the first qualification a candidate can
achieve and the depth of knowledge and riding requirements progressively
increases up to Stage 4. There are also teaching qualifications that can
be taken. Higher Level BHS qualifications are also available for
those who wish to pursue their equestrian education further.

The following levels of education may be pursued by
those who successfully complete the Albion BHS program and wish to
further their equestrian qualifications.
