Fraternities
Alpha Tau Omega prides itself on its involvement in academics, campus activities, and community awareness. Our yearly agenda includes Walk for Warmth, LIFT, Jump Rope for Heart and Child Help USA. On a personal basis, however, whatever it is one decides to do, he is encouraged to do his best by all of the other members. Founded at Albion College in 1889 Beta Omicron Chapter

Our history is strong and our reputation is good. The famous song, "The Sweetheart of Sigma Chi," was composed by two of our alumni in 1911 and remains the most well known of all fraternity songs. We believe that there is more to education than a degree. Our brotherhood is based on the ideal that genuine friendship can be maintained without sacrificing individuality, and we take pride in searching for men of different temperaments, talents, and convictions.
