Why did you choose Albion?
I chose Albion because of the strong academics and the many opportunities on campus. At Albion, I have the opportunity to be more than a number in a classroom, or a random face on the Quad.
What is your best Albion memory or experience?
All of my best Albion memories stem from the amazing people I have met here. From late night Makin’ Crepes runs to all-day study sessions in the Tiers in Stockwell Library, my Albion experience has been shaped by the friends I have made. I love that it is practically impossible to walk across campus and not say hello to at least three people on the journey. The sense of community within the college, and with alumni, has truly made my experience here wonderful.
What are your future plans?
After Albion I plan to attend graduate school for psychology, in either clinical psychology or in a research setting.
How have financial aid and scholarships helped you?
Financial aid and scholarship have made it possible for me to attend Albion. Without the generosity of donors, there is no way I would be able to get the liberal arts education that has allowed me to succeed in the classroom, and has encouraged me to think critically and explore interests outside of my major.
How would you finish this sentence: "Because you give to Albion, I'm able to ...
...discover who I am, and who I want to become. I am able to take leadership roles and partake in campus activities that I could have never experienced at another college.
