	Thomas I. Wilch Chair and Associate Professor of Geology B.A., Macalester College, 1987; M.S., University of Maine, 1991; Ph.D., New Mexico Tech, 1997. At Albion since 1998. Dr. Wilch teaches upper-level courses in Glacial Geology and Climate Change, Geomorphology, and Volcanology.
	William S. Bartels Professor A.B., Rutgers College, 1977; M.S., University of Michigan, 1981; Ph.D., University of Michigan, 1987 At Albion since1986. Dr. Bartels teaches upper-level courses in Sedimentation and Stratigraphy, Paleontology, and Vertebrate Paleontology.
	Beth Z. Lincoln Professor A.B., Smith College, 1973; Ph.D., UCLA, 1985. At Albion since1981 Dr. Beth Lincoln teaches upper-level courses in Structural Geology and Geophysics.
	Timothy N. Lincoln Professor B.S., University of Massachusetts at Amherst, 1972; Ph.D., UCLA, 1978. At Albion since 1981. Dr. Tim Lincoln teaches upper-level courses in Groundwater, Geochemistry, and Ore Deposits.
	Carrie A. Menold Assistant Professor B.S., University of Michigan, 1999; Ph.D., UCLA, 2006. At Albion since 2006. Dr. Menold teaches upper-level courses in Mineralogy, Petrology, and Igneous and Metamorphic Geochemistry.
	Christopher M. Van de Ven Assistant Professor B.S., University of Wisconsin, 1997; Ph.D., Stanford University, 2003. At Albion since 2004. Dr. Van de Ven teaches upper-level courses in Geographic Information Systems, Remote Sensing, and Environmental and Engineering Geology.

Emeriti Faculty
	Russell G. Clark, Jr. Professor Emeritus Email: rgclark@albion.edu B.A., Amherst College, 1966; M.S., Michigan State University, 1968; Ph.D., Dartmouth College, 1972 He joined Albion faculty in 1973 and retired in 2006. Dr. Clark taught courses in Mineralogy, Petrology, Geographic Information Systems, and Remote Systems.
	Lawrence D. Taylor Professor Emeritus Email: ltaylor@albion.edu B.A., Dartmouth College, 1954; M.A., Dartmouth College, 1958; Ph.D., The Ohio State University, 1962 He joined Albion faculty and founded the Geology Department in 1964; he retired in 1998. Dr. Taylor taught courses in Environmental Geology, Geomorphology, and Glaciers and the Pleistocene.
