Field Trips to Important Ecosystems:
Florida
Our first trip was to
Florida, in March 2000. Here we saw a state which harbors some magnificent
and fragile ecosystems, including the only coral reefs in the continental
United States, and which is undergoing explosive growth and
development. A principle theme of the trip was the issues deriving
