I am a Professor of Economics
and Management at Albion College
, where I have been employed since 1981. I received a B.A. from Willamette University in 1969
and a Ph.D. from Stanford
University
in 1975. From 1994-96 I was a Visiting Fulbright Professor in the
Department of Industrial
Technology and Technology Management at the Norwegian University of Science and
Technology in Trondheim, Norway.
I have a wife Carolyn and two sons, Nels and Eric, both of whom
graduated
from Kenyon College. Nels
is a graduate student at Ohio State University, and his wife Sara is an
admissions
officer at Kenyon. Eric is in training to become a pilot. He is
currently
in the CAPT program at Embry-Riddle
Aeronautical University. Eric's
