Lower Baldwin

Everyone is invited to explore the various choices offered at Baldwin Hall. Self-service hot food lines in the Lower Baldwin dining room has a choice of traditional cafeteria fare, and an all natural salad bar with over 15 toppings and dressings, including non-fat choices. A pasta bar, south of the border bar, and a deli bar are available daily. The grill and fryer are fired up for specialty items cooked right before your eyes, including sandwiches grilled on the Panini grill and fresh stir fry. An ever-changing variety of bars add to your dining experience at Baldwin.

Mary Sykes Room

The Mary Sykes Room, located on the third floor of Baldwin Hall, is available for faculty dining from 11 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If you wish to charge meals to your departmental account with our cashier in the Mary Sykes Room, just go through the line and sign a charge slip at the cash register.  We will need the department name and the signature of the person authorizing the charge.

The Eat Shop, located on the second floor of the Kellogg Center. M-F 11:30 to Midnight. Weekend hours 6 pm- Midnight. Please call the Eat Shop at 517-629-0385 for the daily lunch special & yogurt flavor of the day!!
