Job Postings:  Click on the EXPERIENCE link. This will take you to the login page. If you already have an account with us, sign in as usual. If this is your first time accessing EXPERIENCE for Albion College, click Create an Account and enter Employer Name and Email and then it will request some contact information. You will then click on Request Access and we will receive an email stating you want access into our system. When we accept you, it will send you a link for linking to our site.

You may also  fax job descriptions to (517) 629-0578 or e-mail them to the office at careers@albion.edu and the staff will post the position to the EXPERIENCE system. Positions are posted and searchable for the academic semester unless otherwise requested.

Information Sessions:  You may choose to present a program to interested students (typically 1 hour in length) on the Albion College campus. This format allows employers and students to learn more about one another in a relaxed setting. The Office of Career Development can assist you in presenting an information session by arranging the accommodations, providing audio-visual equipment, publicizing the program, and following up with any recruitment needs that may arise.

On Campus Interviews:  You may conduct on-campus interviews in the Office of Career Development at Albion College. Our office uses EXPERIENCE, an online software system, which lets students sign up for jobs and interviews online. You will post a job to the EXPERIENCE system with the date that you will be on-campus. The students will apply for the position.  You will receive the resumes in a bundle at the end of the application period through EXPERIENCE. You then will decide who you want to interview and accept the students. The students will be able to sign up for an interview time online. Then you will be able to pull the completed interview schedule prior to your visit.

Career Development Resume Collection:  If you do not wish to interview on-campus, but are interested in receiving resumes from outstanding Albion students, you may post a job onto EXPERIENCE, our online software system. Students will be given a time period to sign up for the job or internship. At the end of the apply period, the resumes will be bundled and sent to your e-mail address through EXPERIENCE.
