ALUMNI - Job Searching?

 If you are seeking a job or a career change the Office of Career Development is available to assist you.

When doing a job search make sure that all your professional papers are updated (resume, cover letters, references).  Resume writing tips can be found on this website if you need a little advice. Connect with all your network contacts and let them know you are looking and what fields you are exploring.

The Search:
You can log onto the Albion College EXPERIENCE job search site and begin exploring jobs. If you do not yet have an account on EXPERIENCE, contact the Career Development office and we will provide you with a username, password and general information about the site.  You can find additional search engines and tips here.  

On-campus recruiting takes place each fall and spring semester. To see what employers will be coming to campus this semester you can look at the Recruiting Calendar or look at EXPERIENCE and click on “with Interview Schedules.”

If you live near the Lansing, MI area you would be welcome to attend Job Pursuit, an annual job fair in February that Albion College helps to organize in coordination with several other small private liberal arts colleges in the area. Make sure to register in advance with the Office of Career Development. Another job fair that Albion College students have attended is Michigan Collegiate Job Fair (MCJF) at Burton Manor in Livonia, MI that takes place twice a year in the fall and spring semester.
