Prerequisites: 2.8 GPA; junior-level standing; demonstrated maturity.
Length: Semester or Academic Year.
Credit: 3-4 Albion (academic) units (12-16 semester hours credit)
Housing: On-campus residential college, or off-campus housing.
Costs not covered by Albion: Transportation to/from Townsville or Cairns; textbooks; food; miscellaneous personal and vacation expenses.
Students are encouraged to apply early, especially for the spring semester.

Comments: Named after the British explorer, Captain James Cook, the university offers a first class education in a unique tropical setting. The University's main campuses are in the northern Queensland cities of Townsville and Cairns, which are home to a combined total of 12,000 students from over 70 different countries. AustraLearn orientation in Cairns precedes the beginning of classes. Students will receive information packets during a full orientation program that includes excursions and social events as well as academic information. A student Visa is required.
