At Albion, I felt supported by my classmates and the faculty and staff. The professors were always willing to spend time with students and even invited us to their homes. Of course my academic experience was important, but what made the real difference in my college life was encountering these wonderful people. The GLCA New York Arts Program changed my life—through my experience in the program, I was convinced that I should be in New York City if I wanted to pursue a piano performance career.
