Retirement Program - 403(b)

The College participates with Teacher’s Insurance and Annuity Association/College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF). There is a two-year wait for participation unless you qualify for wait period waiver.  When enrolled in the plan, you will contribute 6% of your salary (mandatory) with the College contributing 6.3% on the first $15,700 of your salary and 12% thereafter. Includes waiver of premium if you are totally disabled.
