Miriam Asadi, ’02, is a family practice physician assistant. She lives in Kalamazoo.
Anthony Kourtakis, ’02, is serving with the U.S. Marine Corps as lance corporal. He was deployed to help with the search and rescue in New Orleans, LA, following Hurricane Katrina. He came back from Iraq in February 2005.
Adelle LaRue, ’02, traveled to Paris in March 2005 with Tara Meadows, ’02, to relive their study abroad experience (Tara studied in Paris in 2000, while Adelle studied in Venice). She is the state affairs assistant for the American Insurance Association. Adelle lives in Alexandria, VA.
Corey Lucas, ’02, is attending the Michigan State University M.B.A. program. He was named to the All-Big Ten intramural soccer team in fall 2005. He lives in Lansing.
Sarah McNitt, ’02, has recently accepted a position as study abroad counselor at Miami University in Oxford, OH. She lives in Oxford.
Sarah McRoberts, ’02, graduated in May 2005 with a master’s degree in counseling, specializing in school counseling, along with the Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential, from the University of San Diego. She is a life skills counselor for three middle schools within the San Diego School District. She lives in La Jolla, CA.
Sally Trombly, ’02, is a massage therapist at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa near Traverse City. She received her clinical massage therapy (CMT) license after attending a program at Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences in Traverse City. Sally is also a substitute teacher and freelance writer.
Jessica Zamborsky-Westness, ’02, graduated from Oakland University in 2004 with a master’s degree in early childhood education. She is the preschool director at Kensington Community Preschool in Troy. She married Rich Westness in October 2004, and they live in Sterling Heights.
