Leadership Development

Alpha Phi Omega is firmly committed to developing our next generation of leaders. There are many formal and informal opportunities to develop one's leadership skills in our fraternity. APO's national and regional organizations provide leadership workshops and Chapter Programming Workshops that give practical advice on how to run an organization. Moreover, APO runs many of its own activities, allowing someone to try being a financial officer, a brotherhood chairman, a parliamentarian, or someone involved in the logistics of a large event like a Regional Conference.
