Brian Markin, ’00, has been promoted to snacks marketing financial analyst for Kellogg’s. He has been with the company for two years, and serves on the Kellogg’s Young Professionals Leadership Team. He and his wife, Stacey Anderson Markin, ’99, live in Battle Creek.
Cory Scherer, ’00, is a visiting professor at Denison University in Granville, OH. He completed his Ph.D. in psychology. His wife, Jen Campbell Scherer, ’00, is a newspaper reporter for the Newark Advocate. They live in Newark, OH.
Amy Wasiak, ’00, is in her second year of internal medicine residency in Des Moines, with intentions of pursuing a hematology/oncology fellowship. She recently returned from a month-long trip working at a mission hospital in Calcutta, India. She has joined the global health curriculum advisory board for Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. She lives in West Des Moines, IA.
