Corinne “Cori” Johnson, ’99, has been appointed to the Task Force for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) Studies on Sexuality. Recently elected president of the Superior Central Conference of the Northern Great Lakes Synod (ELCA), Cori was also appointed chairman of the Northern Great Lakes Synod’s Rural Immersion Program Committee, a cross-cultural program which immerses seminarians in life and ministry in the Upper Peninsula and northern Wisconsin. She lives in Palmer.
Jennifer Smith, ’99, is an attending physician with a specialty in obstetrics and gynecology at the Center for Women’s Health Care in Carson City, MI. Jennifer completed her residency working for the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Corp. at three Grand Rapids area hospitals. Jennifer graduated from Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine. She lives in Wyoming, MI.
