Policy

Paydays for salaried employees are the last working day of each month for time worked through that month. The College encourages electronic deposit to any banking institution in the United States that is a member of the Federal Reserve System.

Hourly employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis.The College encourages electronic deposit to any banking institution in the United States that is a member of the Federal Reserve System.

Procedure

Forms for employee's electronic deposit are available via the link below as well as  in the Payroll Office or Human Resources Office.  A voided check or other verification of Routing and Account numbers must accompany the Direct Deposit form.
