Albion College provides salary continuation for full-time salaried employees at sixty percent (60%) of an employee's monthly salary for employees who are eligible to participate in the Long-Term Total Disability Plan.
The one-year waiting period is waived for new employees who, within three months prior to their employment, were insured through their previous employer under a group policy providing income benefits for a minimum of five years during total disability due to sickness.
