All entering students are required to complete a short online writing assessment prior to attending the SOAR Program.

All entering students, regardless of major or area of interest, are required to complete a short online mathematics assessment prior to attending the SOAR program.

All entering students who have taken any classes in French, German, or Spanish should take the corresponding language assessment online prior to attending the SOAR Program, even if studying a language is not in the current academic plans for Albion College.

Past Deadline?

If you did not meet the May 28 deadline, you should still complete the assessments. Please understand that not completing the assessments by then may impact your ability to register and get the classes you want. In any case, assessments must be taken prior to arriving at the SOAR program as there is no opportunity for you to take them once you arrive.
