Phi Chapter

Phi Chapter was founded in 1915 by twenty proud charter members.  These are the members who founded Phi Chapter:

Viva Allen, Ethel Baker, Lucille Ball, Florence Coombe, Nena Crowley, Cecily Davis, Bess Duffy, Luzette Gambee, Blanche Harrison, Madena Hubbard, Lelah Lisk, Alta McComb, Clara Nettell, E. Anna Rowley, Bess Rutherford, Lela Jane Taylor, Esther Turnell, Bertha Van Tuyl, Maude Warren, Edna Watson

Our current lodge was built in 1961 and is not on the site of the original lodge.  The original lodge was built in 1917 on Michigan Avenue and was remodeled in the 40's.  After it was remodeled, it was referred to as Phi Chapter's second lodge.  Consequently, our current lodge on Cass Street is known as our third lodge.
