Be a color head and shoulders shot against a plain
background. If possible, make sure the top of the head is not
too close to the top of the photo, so that the photo can be cropped
vertically.

Be a .JPG or .TIF file - no BMPs!

Be HIGH-RESOLUTION. We would
prefer to have the actual photo file from your camera. NO PHOTOS FROM FACEBOOK, FLICKR, etc.! We know they
look great onscreen, but they will NOT print on paper.
