Guidelines
for preparing your electronic images
These apply for both online submission and submission via mailed CD.

Please name
photos with your student’s whole name, i.e. “johnsmith1.jpg.”

· |
All digital photo
files must be a minimum of 400K (and bigger is better).
|
|
· |
If you are
scanning a print, please change the output resolution to
300DPI. If you are scanning a small photo, please change the output
size to 150% or larger. |

· |
We accept JPG,
TIF, PSD and PDF image files. We cannot print BMP or GIF
photos. |
Creating your own ad
We can now accept family-created PDF or PSD
ads!

· |
When creating your
PDF, please make sure (in print settings) to create it at high/max
quality. PSD ads should likewise be saved at max quality |

· |
We can't
print any ads created with MSWord, but if you create your ad
in MSWord and submit the photos separately, we can recreate it.
You CAN submit your Word-created sketch via the electronic form. |
