Albion College Campus Tour Guides

At Albion, we want your visit to be as individual as you are!

We employ nearly one hundred student tour guides during the school year to show prospective students around campus. Having so many guides means that you will get a tour that is just for you - personalized to your own needs. Our guides represent nearly every major, minor, concentration, and extracurricular activity available on Albion's campus. They are friendly and knowledgeable as well as eager to take the time to get to know you and your family during your visiting.

Having such a large tour guide staff also helps our guides by allowing them flexibility to get the full benefit of their Albion College education. They participate in athletics, student organizations, internships, and travel off-campus while employed by the admission office and are among the most informed and active students on campus.

Who organizes this busy group of individuals? Marsha Whitehouse is staff coordinator, but she couldn't do it without the help of her coordinators. There are 3 to 4 student tour guide coordinators who organize meetings, put together visit day materials and most importantly, give tours. In addition, the coordinators work as liaisons between the tour guides and the admission staff as we constantly strive to improve our program.
